employee health trends report (2025)

As lead designer for the 2025 Springbuk Employee Health Trends Report, I was responsible for shaping the overall visual identity of this 90-page flagship publication. This project was the largest I worked on at Springbuk and required me to transform complex data into a design system that flowed logically, remained easy to understand, and engaged readers visually. In addition to the full report, I designed a wide range of supporting materials including social media assets, email banners, web graphics, animations, webinars, podcasts, and a mid-year update report that extended the life of the publication by sharing fresh data and insights. While the infographic and executive summary were designed by Rachael Baumgartner, and the written content was created by Nicole Anderson, I led the design direction and execution across the majority of deliverables, ensuring a cohesive and impactful presence for one of Springbuk’s most important annual initiatives.
